Lenders on our panel (to assess your application — they act as independent controllers and will conduct credit searches as described in their own privacy notices); our IT and hosting providers under contract; and authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as necessary for the enquiry and our regulatory obligations, then deleted.
